Tajchem’s Neuflex foam plant is a state-of-the-art solution for continuous flexible PU foam production, designed to deliver outstanding accuracy, consistency, and efficiency for high-volume manufacturing.
At the heart of the system is NDOFLEX technology, which uses a stationary liquid lay‑down system to ensure precise and uniform foam distribution.
The addition of the P MAXX top paper system enables perfectly square block profiles, helping to maximize fresh yield and overall profitability.
With a production capacity of up to 500 kg per minute, this advanced plant sets a new standard for productivity. Key features include a silicone‑air mixing system for fine and uniform cell structure, a three‑side conveyor system, online adjustments for color and density, and recipe storage with instant recall.
