Mr. Irfan Mulla

FOUNDER & CEO, Tajchem

Mr. Irfan Mulla is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Tajchem, with over 30+ years of experience in the chemical industry. He has been a pioneer in industrial chemical distribution. It is because of his vision that Tajchem has emerged as one of the largest global distributors and a market leader in chemical distribution and customized solutions.

Mr. Siddique Mulla

MANAGING DIRECTOR, Tajchem

Mr. Siddique Mulla is the Managing Director of Tajchem. With 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations Management, and Key Account Management within the chemical industry, he is driven by the vision of leading the company with innovation, creativity, and long-term strategic objectives. Mr. Siddique has played a key role in expanding Tajchem’s footprint across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia. He contributed to the company’s growth by driving operational excellence, market development, procurement, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. His expertise in logistics and warehousing has been instrumental in optimizing Tajchem’s supply chain and expanding its market reach.

Mr. Sameer Musa

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, Tajchem

Mr. Sameer Musa is the CFO at Tajchem. With over 15 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance, he is the CEO’s key strategic partner in maximizing value creation. Mr. Sameer is responsible for managing all financial actions of the company, including financial planning & reporting, budgeting & forecasting, risk management, cost management, cash flow optimization, investment strategy, and regulatory understanding & compliance. His expertise ensures that Tajchem maintains a strong financial foundation and supports the company’s expansion into new markets and product lines.

Mr. Rafeeque Qureshi

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, Tajchem

Mr. Rafique Qureshi is the COO at Tajchem. With 20+ years of experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors, Mr. Rafique is a major player in leadership management who is executing the CEO’s vision by enhancing operational efficiency, customer service, supply chain optimization, and focusing on continuous improvement. He has an in-depth understanding of business operations, financial and strategic planning in achieving the company’s goals. With his leadership skills, Tajchem has been able to strengthen its market position and ensure the highest standard of service and quality products for its clients.

Mr. Ravinder Puri

Vice President – Polyurethane Division, Tajchem

Mr. Ravinder Puri serves as the Vice President of the Polyurethane Division at Tajchem. With over a decade of experience in the polyurethane and specialty chemicals sector, he plays a pivotal leadership role in driving commercial growth, fostering technical innovation, and building strong strategic alliances across core sectors including insulation, construction, automotive, and general manufacturing. At Tajchem, Mr. Puri leads regional business development, manages key customer relationships, and oversees a dynamic, multinational team. He works closely with global partners to deliver sustainable, high-performance solutions tailored to the region’s evolving demands.
