LD 0725N is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) resin with a melt flow rate of 0.75 g/10 min (190°C/2.16 kg), specifically developed for mono- and multilayer blown film extrusion. This additive-free grade features a well-balanced molecular structure, enabling the production of films with outstanding mechanical strength and excellent optical properties.

The resin can be efficiently processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. Optimal melt processing temperatures are recommended in the range of 170°C to 220°C.

For best performance, a blow-up ratio of 2:1 is suggested, with a recommended film thickness range of 25 to 100 μm. These parameters help achieve superior film quality suitable for a variety of flexible packaging applications.
