Process Overview

• Pre-weighed water and TDI are loaded into their respective pouring tanks located above the main mixing vessel.
• Polyol and catalyst are weighed manually and poured into the mixing vessel, and Speed 1 is engaged to begin mixing.
• From the control panel, the TDI + Water valves are opened, allowing the mixture to flow into the mixing vessel.
• Once the liquid components are added, Speed 2 is activated for thorough blending.
• The mixed chemicals are then automatically discharged into the mold.
• The mold opening is closed manually.
• After 5–10 minutes, the foam block is ready to be demolded.
