The Tajchem Circular Cutting Machines are engineered to provide high-precision, reliable cutting of flexible PU foam blocks into sheets ranging from thick mattresses (100–200 mm) to thin sheets as fine as 1.5 mm.

These machines are fully automatic and available in two sizes – CCM56 and CCM66 – to meet different production requirements.

How It Works

An AC motor with variable speed drives a rotary table on which the foam blocks are placed.

During operation, the slitting head lowers to the pre-set thickness automatically after each revolution, resulting in a neat stack of sheets cut to the desired thickness.

Cutting is performed by an endless band-knife blade running on four dynamically balanced wheels, producing smooth, accurate, and finished cuts.
