Product Description:
The VT vertical bandsaw machine is designed for trimming of Mattresses and cutting sheets of various materials like Flexible and Rigid PU foam, EVA, Felt, Scrub etc. This machine can be used for cutting duster and other small pieces of foam Cutting accuracy of machines is +/- 1mm.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
- Stainless steel table top
- Table frame on bearing slides for easy operation. Slitting section with two balanced blade-wheels. Upper and lower band knife guidance
- Blade drive by motor
- Blade sharpening attachment
- 1 Blade and 2 cup grinders provided with the machine
