The ASE Side Trimming Machine enables accurate trimming of individual or continuous foam blocks, providing high efficiency and digital control over the thickness removed from each side.

The machine incorporates two vertical cutters arranged in a left-right configuration with motorized in–out adjustment, grippers to guide the foam block during cutting, and a belt conveyor for smooth block movement.
