Product Description:

Anhydrous milk fat is a high quality pure butterfat derived from top quality cream. Manufactured at an accredited processing facility, it has clean and buttery flavor and is free from preservatives and additives. It is high quality ingredient used in variety of applications.

Anhydrous milk fat is extensively used as food ingredient in bakery, confectionary, ice cream applications, and for recombination with skimmed milk powder to produce liquid milk and other milk products.

Storage & Handling

It is recommended to store the product in a cool and dry area away from direct sunlight at an ambient temperature of 25°C or below. If the product Is stored as a recommended and the seal is not compromised, the product has a shelf life of 364 days from the date of manufacturing.
