Product Description:

Salted Creamery Butter is produced from pasteurised high quality fresh cream using the latest state of the art technology. Open Country salted butter consistently provides light-yellow creamy colour with an enhanced mouthfeel and flavour required in various applications. It contains no added ingredients other than salt.

Applications

Used as an ingredient in a wide range of food processing applications, bakery products and spreads, reprocessing into pats, fat blends, and reprocessing into AMF.

Storage & Handling


Salted Creamery Butter is stable for 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored frozen at -18°C. When chilled (4°C) the product should be used within 3 months. Store away from odorous products.It is recommended to store the product in a cool and dry area away from direct sunlight at an ambient temperature of 25°C or below. If the product Is stored as a recommended and the seal is not compromised, the product has a shelf life of 364 days from the date of manufacturing.
