Product Description:
Styrene acrylic emulsions at 50% solids offer excellent scrub resistance, water resistance, and flexibility. Ideal for high-performance coatings, sealers, and textured finishes in both interior and exterior applications
Properties
The styrene component enhances pigment binding, gloss, and water/alkali resistance, while the acrylic component provides flexibility and durability.
Application
- Paints & Coatings: Widely used as binders for high-PVC paints, primers, and various textured coatings.
- Building Materials: Also found in ceramic tile adhesives, fillers, putties, and waterproof coatings.
Elastomeric Coatings: Certain formulations are designed to provide flexibility for roofing surfaces and other applications requiring elongation. - Textile & Paper: Can be used in textile coatings, paper coatings, and printing inks.
