Product Description:
TAMMECH K-848 is a acrylic based oil soluble defoamer used in mineral/synthetic based lubricant formulation. TAMMECH K-848 is a non-silicone acrylic antifoam that provides excellent defoaming and air release properties in non-aqueous industrial lubricants, non-aqueous grinding fluids, cutting oils, hydraulic oils, and gear oils.
Application:
• Automotive Lubricants.
• Multi grade engine oils.
• Automotive gear and transmission oils
Features
• Good oil solubility characteristics
• Improved foam inhibitor as measured by ASTM 892 foam test.
• Good air release properties.
Health & Safety
• Store in dry, clean and well-ventilated indoor warehouse.
• Maximum long term storage temp 45 OC.
• Maximum short term storage temp 75 OC.
