Product Description:
TAMMECH R-696 is a Molybdenum Dialkyl Dithiocarbamate friction modifier for engine oil, industrial oil & greases. TAMMECH R-696 has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear performances. It forms a protective film on metal surfaces, reducing friction between moving parts. This film helps prevent direct metal-to-metal contact, reducing wear and extending the lifespan of engine components.
Application:
• Friction modifier in automotive, diesel, marine, railroad and stationary diesel lubricants.
• Friction inhibitor in greases.

• Excellent thermal oxidation stability.
• Good shear performance.
• High Viscosity index with high thickening power.
Health & Safety
• Store in dry, clean and well-ventilated indoor warehouse
• Maximum long term storage temp 45 °C. Precaution to be taken to store in long term above 45 °C to avoid any reaction to the product and affect the product stability and performance.
• Maximum short term storage temp 75 °C .
