LD 4025AS is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) grade with a melt flow rate of 4.0 g/10 min (measured at 190°C/2.16 kg), designed for use in mono and multilayer thin-gauge blown film extrusion. This grade is formulated with slip and anti-block additives and features a molecular structure optimized to deliver excellent mechanical strength and superior optical clarity.

LD 4025AS is compatible with all polyethylene-extrusion equipment and offers easy processing. For optimal performance, it is recommended to process the resin at melt temperatures between 150°C and 190°C.

Films made from this resin demonstrate outstanding quality when processed with a blow-up ratio of 2.5:1, and a film thickness range between 15 μm and 40 μm is suggested for best results.
