Basic & Reliable Solution for Foam Production

The BFM is designed as a cost-effective and reliable machine for PU foam block manufacturing. Designed with precise density control (10–50), it ensures consistent block quality while maintaining simplicity of operation.

Equipped with an adjustable block mold, stainless steel mixing tank, automated chemical dispensing, and digital timing system, the BFM is ideal for small to medium-scale manufacturers who require a basic yet reliable foaming solution.

Process Overview:

• All chemicals are weighed and prepared in advance.
• Polyol and catalyst are poured into the mixing vessel, and mixing begins at Speed 1 push button 
• TDI and water are added in quick succession, after which Speed 2 is switched on.
• The machine mixes the components thoroughly and dispenses the mixture into the mold.
• The mold door is manually closed.
• Within 5-10 minutes, the block is set and ready for demolding
