This model features automated metering and dispensing systems for polyol and TDI, ensuring accuracy and reducing manual effort. A user-friendly control panel allows operators to enter chemical quantities directly in kilograms, making the process straightforward and repeatable.

With a production capacity of 30–40 blocks per 8-hour shift and a density range of 10 to 32, the BFM PT is designed for manufacturers who value both precision and ease of use.

Process Overview

• This model allows the operator to accurately meter the two primary chemicals – Polyol and TDI – using an automated system.

• Mold for foam block (MS pipe frame with aluminum sides and wooden base)
• Track lines for sliding the machine frame in and out of the mold
• Polyol jacketed tank with motorized stirrer – 1500 L capacity
• TDI jacketed tank – 1000 L capacity
• Complete pump and pipeline system for accurate metering of polyol and TDI with essential valves
• 500 L water flushing tank with pump and pipeline
• 2 HP air compressor with 160 L air tank
• Control panel with digital counters for polyol and TDI, mixing controls, TDI pouring, and flushing functions
