Product Description:
The machine is equipped with a bi-directional guillotine cutting system, enabling it to cut alternately from top to bottom and bottom to top. Cutting speed can be easily adjusted using the AC drive provided in the control panel.
This PLC-controlled machine is positioned at the end of a slabstock foaming line to deliver accurate block cutting, with the block length set by an adjustable photo sensor.
An integrated motorized roller conveyor automatically moves the cut foam blocks onto a subsequent conveyor or trolley, improving workflow and reducing manual handling.
