The block processing line is a specialized machine system designed for the complete processing of short foam blocks using an integrated conveyor. Foam blocks can be trimmed, resized, and converted into shorter blocks with high accuracy and efficiency.

Standard Equipment:

• Guiding Rollers:
  Equipped with a set of guiding rollers featuring digital in–out adjustment, ensuring precise alignment of foam blocks at the center of the line.
• Trimming Section:
  Two vertical cutting machines arranged in a left-right configuration, capable of cutting widths from 500 mm to 2100 mm.
• Block Cut-Off Unit:
  Heavy-duty stationary block cut-off with a precision knife guide, designed for cutting dry blocks. Block length is digitally set through a touchscreen panel.
• Conveyor System:
  Conveyor length is customized according to customer requirements for smooth material flow.
• Horizontal Cutting:
  A horizontal cutting machine can be integrated in-line for cutting mattresses, featuring touchscreen control and a full-width perforated belt with vacuum suction for accurate cutting and handling.
