Product Description:
This heavy-duty horizontal cutting machine is designed for precise slicing and automatic stacking of PU foam sheets. It offers a cutting thickness range from 5 mm to 200 mm, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.
A key advantage of this model is its stacking capability – the cut sheets are automatically stacked, eliminating the need for manual collection after each cut.
The machine is also equipped with a powerful vacuum system that firmly holds the foam block in place during cutting, ensuring accuracy, stability, and clean sheet surfaces.

CONSTRUCTION | The cutting unit is welded steel construction. The table is made from heavy steel pipes and slides over track lines covered with hardened steel. The table top is made of 8mm thick aluminum sheets coated with special friction material. |

THICKNESS | Thickness can be preset with the help of digital display in the range of 0 to 999MM in steps of 0.1MM. The accuracy and range of thickness depend on the type of foam. |

TOP ROLLER | A top press roller is provided to keep the block in place of improve accuracy. |
