Product Description:
This heavy-duty horizontal cutting machine is specifically engineered for high-density flexible and bonded foams, capable of producing sheets with thicknesses ranging from 10 mm to 200 mm.
The machine is PLC-controlled and operated via an intuitive touchscreen interface for ease of use.
Cutting is performed using an endless band knife that runs over two dynamically balanced wheels, ensuring smooth, precise, and consistent cuts.
The cutting table moves in a straight, linear path during operation. After each cut, the finished sheets are manually removed from the table.
