The V4A vertical bandsaw machine is the automated evolution of the popular manual V4 model. Specifically designed for cutting smaller foam pieces, it offers improved consistency and significantly higher production output compared to manual machines.

This model features a stationary table while the cutting head moves back and forth, optimizing factory floor space. Foam sheets are securely clamped between twin rest plates that move together during operation. Cutting dimensions are controlled digitally via a color touchscreen interface, and the entire process is managed through a PLC-based automation system for precision and ease of operation.
