Product Description:
The V4B model of the Basic Vertical Cutting Machine is engineered to cut large PU foam blocks into smaller sections and to trim the edges of flexible PU foam blocks with accuracy. This vertical band saw delivers a cutting precision of ±2 mm, making it suitable for reliable block sizing and edge finishing.
Standard Equipment Includes:
- Adjustable side supports for height control
- Laminated wooden cutting table
- Slitting section with dynamically balanced blade wheels
- Electric motor for driving the blade
- Motorized grinding attachment
